What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their success in using MobileServe
  • Create and implement customer success strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
  • Provide product training and support to ensure customers are equipped to use our tools effectively
  • Curate a comprehensive resource library, enabling users to asynchronously receive effective support
  • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Other duties as assigned. We're a small team with big dreams and at our stage everyone has a role in everything we do

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, a related field, or education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
  • Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact
